She was predeceased by: her parents, Edley Hampton and Leona Caudill Hampton; her son Carl Eugene Blair; her grandson Jeffrey Douglas Blair; and her brother Johnny Caudill.
She is survived by: her husband Gideon Douglas Blair; her children, Richard Blair of Jeremiah, William Douglas Blair of Jeremiah and Frances Blair of Jeremiah; and her siblings, Steve Pena of Watertown and Margaret Whitaker of Jeremiah.
