He was predeceased by: his parent Byron Caudill. He is survived by: his parent Ettie Caudill; his wife Janet Whitaker Caudill; his children, James E. Caudill (Teresa) of Hazard and Belinda Kay Caudill of Jeremiah; his siblings, Dickie Caudill (Testa) of Batesville, Bruce Caudill (Margaret) of Jeremiah, Jane Blair of Jeremiah, Imogene York of Hanover and Adeline Hampton (Relon) of Dry Fork; and his grandchildren, Kristopher, Kennedy and Karadyn.
