She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Sid Sandlin and Juanita Combs; her son Lester E. Collins; and her sister Bethlene Ratliff. She is survived by: her husband Lloyd Collins Jr.; her sons, Steve Junior Collins (Katrina), Lloyd Collins III and Cody Collins (Samantha); her grandchildren, Alesia Lee Rain Collins, Shylo Collins, Braxton, Dakota Collins, Trevor Collins, Trenton Collins and Luke Collins; and her siblings, Ricky Sandlin, Richard Sandlin, Lloyd Sandlin, Johnny Combs, Robert Combs, Bobby Sandlin, Joey Sandlin, Clyde Cure, Peggy Abbott, Carolyn Reynolds, Delilah Anderson and Sonya Wilber.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to assist with funeral expenses.
