She was predeceased by: her parent Laud; her husband Paul Polly; her granddaughter Hayley Collins; and her siblings, Doug Webb, Frank Webb, Doris Maggard, Bonnie Anderson, Patsy Polly and Barbara Tackett.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Collins of Jenkins; her grandson Tyler Collins of Jenkins; and her sister Marlene Adams of Crafts Colley.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 13th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Hall and Jones Funeral Home Jenkins Chapel (22 Cs-2078, Jenkins, KY 41537).
