She is survived by: her close friend Norman Monroe; her sons, Lee Polly (Donna) of Jenkins, Thomas Polly (Rhonda) of Payne Gap, Carl Polly III of Payne Gap, Nathaniel Polly (Carla) of Burdine and Bennett Polly of Jenkins; her brother Scottie Church of Jenkins; her grandchildren, Lydia Polly, Madison Polly, Justin Polly (April), Samantha Lee (Brent) and Louie Thacker; and her great grandchildren, Karaline Lee, Remi Lee, Jacob Polly and Wyatt Polly.
