He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter "Doc" Charles Anders and Guthrie Bumgardner Tackett Anders; his siblings, James Franklin "Frankie" Tackett, Freddie Charles Anders and Evangeline Judy Tackett Brown; and his niece Renee Brown Kidder.
He is survived by: his significant other Linda Compton Hall Anders; his stepson Christopher Neil Hall (Kelli); his stepgrandsons, Shawn Hall (Hannah) and Kyle Hall; his stepgreat-granddaughter Issabella Rose Hall; his nephew Leon O'Neil Brown; his nieces, Cecilia Tackett Pate and Dollie Tackett; and his siblings-in-law, Patsy Tackett, Lois Ruggiero (Danny) and Mikie Compton.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home (1118 S Mayo Trail, Pikeville, KY 41501). An entombment will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at the Annie E. Young Cemetery (4907 Chloe Rd, Pikeville, KY 41501).
