He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Robin Mullins of Neon; his siblings, Lonnie Mullins (Laverne), Carl Fleming, Martha Little of McRoberts, Peggy Johnson (Eddie) of Long Fork and Rose Carr (John); his grandchildren, Coty Mullins (April) of Paris and Katelyn Smith (Tyler) of Whitesburg; and his great grandchildren, Colt Mullins and Ripp Mullins of Paris.
