He was predeceased by: his parents, Farris Fleming and Alpha Stewart Mullins Fleming; his son Mitchell Mullins; his former wife Shelby Little Mullins; his wife Louise Tackett Johnson Mullins; and his brothers, Wade Mullins, Don Mullins and Bruce Fleming.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Robin Mullins of Neon; his siblings, Lonnie Mullins (Laverne), Carl Fleming, Martha Little of McRoberts, Peggy Johnson (Eddie) of Long Fork and Rose Carr (John); his grandchildren, Coty Mullins (April) of Paris and Katelyn Smith (Tyler) of Whitesburg; and his great grandchildren, Colt Mullins and Ripp Mullins of Paris.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 20th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM and on Monday, October 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Hall and Jones Funeral Home, Jenkins Chapel (22 Cs-2078, Jenkins, KY 41537).
