He is survived by: his sons, Mitchell Mullins Jr. and Jordan Johnson; his grandchildren, Alexander Mullins, Isabella Mulliins, Gabriel Mullins, Brooklyn Mullins and Damien Everett Johnson; his siblings, Brenda Lacy (Ron), Judith Mullins, Lester Mullins and Anthony Potter (Becki); his fiancé Shanda Carter; and his partner's children, TeShauna Amburgey (Shane), Lacey Carter and Bitty Hall (James). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, family and friends.
