She was predeceased by: her father Wright Justice; her husband Carl Lyons; her former husband Thomas Thacker Jr.; her daughter Peggy Lynn Thacker; and her siblings, Willie Justice, Alex Justice, Jim Justice, Nell Ruth Ratliff, Rose Marie Montgomery and Mona Sloan.
She is survived by: her children, Ruth Ann Smith (Paul), Jerry Thacker (Khristina) and Rosemary Matney (Terry); and her brother Tommy Justice. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and eight great great grandchildren.
