She is survived by: her children, Eva Rae Bates (James) and Richard L. Shelby Jr.; her granddaughters, Stephanie Nickels and Laura Wright (Don); and her great grandchildren, William Nickels, Jacob Nickels, Logan Wright and Gavin Wright.
