She is survived by: her husband Charles "Gib" Meade; her daughters, Angela Goff (Tracy) of Jenkins and Beverly DeSimone of Richmond; her siblings, Danny Hall (Susan) of Louisville, Patricia Stallard (Eddie) of Ermine and Ona Mae Scalf (Dennis) of Hazard; her grandchildren, Victoria DeSimone Parke (Lee), Alexandria Ratliff (Roman) and Tanner Goff; and her great grandchildren, Bennett Rae Parke and Charleston Victor Parke. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
