It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Eugene Mullins of Jenkins, Kentucky, who passed away on August 2, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ray and Violeta Mead Mullins; and his brothers, Billy Ray Mullins and Bobby Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Carol Vanover Mullins; and his grandchildren, Courtney Mullins (Corey), Hunter Mullins (Katie Gervolino) and Keegan Bentley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, three step grandchildren, three step great grandchildren, and many close friends.
