She was predeceased by: her parents, J. B. Holbrook and Evelyn Sue Sizemore Holbrook. She is survived by: her husband Billy Bentley; her daughters, Cheryl Nicole Vandyke of Raven Virginia and Jesi Briona Fox of Newport Tennessee; her siblings, Donald Holbrook, Deb Soper of Paris Kentucky, Sandra Phillips of Wise Virginia, Valerie Holbrook of Kingsport Tennessee and Anna Bowman; and her grandchildren, Chase Vandyke, Brayden Vandyke, Zoe Vandyke, Cali Wright and Levi Wright.
