We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2020, at the age of 69, Joyce Evelyn Charles (Jenkins, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Virgie Francis Ratliff; her daughter Carol Ann Whitlock; and her sister Joanna Ratliff. She is survived by: her husband Mark Charles; her daughters, Teresa Lynn Abbott, Rena Dean Abbott (Eddie), Jessica Ellen Spruill and Lisa Renee Hibbert (Aaron); and her sisters, Betty Eubank (Edwin), Beckie Estep (Willis), Vickie Bennington (William) and Robin Blair (David). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Shriners.
