He is survived by: his wife Saundra Mullins Hall; his children, Jamie Hall of Jenkins and Cindy Hackworth (Dewey) of Prestonsburg; and his grandchildren, Jimmy Ray Hall, Ashley Nicole Hall and Mary Kay Estep.
