She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Burchett and Minnie Stambaugh Burchett; her husband Bill F. Farley; her grandchild Sydney Farley; her great grandchild Mason Farley; and her siblings, Willard Burchett, Elizabeth Nash, Edwin Burchett, Donna Howington, John Morgan Burchett and Francis Burchett.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Farley (Roddy), Gallion of Rutledge, Lisa Farley (David), Narramore of Whitesburg and William Franklin Farley of Fort Charlotte, Florida; her sister Nancy Burchett (Mullins); her grandchildren, Tara, Kelly, Alex, Christian and Ryan; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Mia, Bradley and Otto.
