He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hart and Erva Dean Hampton Hart; his sons, Jason Patrick Hart and Jeremy Daniel Hart; and his grandson Christopher Jacob Mullins.

He is survived by: his daughter Kristina Boggs of Jenkins; his siblings, Jeffery Hart of Kona, Johnathon Hart of Stanton and Jennifer Hart Yonts of Pikeville; and his former wife Rhonda Hart.
