He is survived by: his daughters-in-law, Charlotte, Kathy Ann and Billie; and his siblings, JD Arnett, Ricky Arnett (Anita), Andrew Arnett (Donna), Jerry Arnett (Pearl), Anthony Bartley (Delphine), Jackie Bartley (Delphie) and Gracie Thomas (Gary). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
