She is survived by: her former husband Bruce Fields of Pikeville; her children, Bruce Michael Fields, Melissa Potter (Clayton) of Pikeville, Kentucky, Stacie Hall of Pikeville, Kentucky and Amy Sue Farmer (Jimmy) of Pikeville, Kentucky; her siblings, Gary Johnson (Cindy) of Elyria, Kennith Johnson of Pikeville, Vivian "Joyce" Moore of Pikeville, Kentucky. and Ruth Johnson of Pikeville, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Joe Fields, Megan Chapman (Cody), Colby Potter, Tyler Yates, Wyatt Hall, Reece Farmer, Dalton Farmer and Dillon Farmer; and her great grandchild Eli Potter.
