He is survived by: his wife Angela Barnett Johnson; his parents, Ronnie Johnson and Patricia Durtka Wampler; his children, Jacob Logan Johnson (Amberly) and Taylor Michele Bentley (Jordan); his grandchildren, Jaelyn, Jaci, Jensyn, Jaxton and Judson; and his siblings, Clyde Wampler, Emily Bratton, Gena Bowling, Julie Edwards, Stacie Bartley, Rhonda Tackett and Jessica Fleming.
