She is survived by: her husband James Emmett McCullum; her sons, Jim McCullum (Janet) of Jenkins and Larry McCullum (Cathleen) of St. Augustine, FL; her grandchildren, Ashtan Moriarty (Micheal), James McCullum (Melanie), Kristan McCullum, Katelan Hirsch (Eric) and Carolyn Jane McCullum; and her great grandchildren, Charlie Ann McCullum and Hendrix Hirsch.

Lieu of flowers, the family suggests the option of a donation to Dorothy's church that she loved so much.
