He is survived by: his sister Debbie Neal; his children, Jamie Stewart, Angie Mullins (Harold) of Coeburn, VA and Jeff Ratliff (Frankie) of Neon; his grandchildren, Tyler Newsome, Destiny Murphy, Chase Stewart, Mariah Stewart, Jaycee Ratliff, Jeff Jr. Ratliff, Jay Russell Ratliff and Paxton Ratliff; his nephews, Joe Baker (Roxy) and Josh Brewer; his niece Delana Drye; and his great-nephew Conner Baker.
