With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis Sampson of Jenkins, Kentucky, who passed away on December 8, 2020 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Polly and Janell Polly Salyer. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Burke Sampson; his daughters, Misty Sampson of Riverview, FL, Karrah Sampson (Windy Wonder) of Louisville and Tiffani Cole (Jamie) of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Nick Sampson, Kameron Guillenette, Hayden Sampson, Harper Cole and Hank Cole. He is also survived by loving husband, wonderful father and truly loved his grandchildren.
