It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Conley of Jenkins, Kentucky, who passed away on August 17, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Harold Glen Webb. She is survived by: her mother Donna Sue Noble of Jenkins; her daughter Crystal Narramore of Jenkins; her siblings, Michael Webb (Rhonda) of Payne Gap, Jeffery Webb (Kenna) of Payne Gap, Doug Potter (Sheena) of Payne Gap, Lana Crawford of Pound, VA and Glenda Webb of Jenkins; her granddaughter Raegan Belcher; and her aunts, Eileen Holbrook and Cindy Vance. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as her extended family.
