He is survived by: his sons, Jason Stamper (Michele) of Cowan and Matthew Stamper (Angela) of Premium; his brother Doug Stamper of Letcher; his half-brother Lonnie Ison of Letcher; his nieces, Misty Stamper, Brandy Stamper, Chris Ison and Courtney Blaine Collins; and his great-nephew Layne.
