He is survived by: his fiancée Kathy Adams; his children, Davena Sartorius of Cincinnati, Ohio, Davina Fischer of Cincinnati, Ohio, Loretta Fischer of Cincinnati, Ohio, Johnathan Adams and Justin Adamsd; his sisters, Kathy Rose (Homer) of Cromona, Cindy Perry of Jenkins and Renee Albright (Charles) of Cincinnati, Ohio; his grandchildren, Hannah Sartorius, Dakota Sartorius, Brett Sartorius, Wyatt, Molly and Camden; his nieces and nephews, Rodney, Sissy, Homer, Little Dave, Gracie and Brian; and his close friend Jeff Potter.
