He is survived by: his former wife Janice Banks; his children, Christopher Keith Banks Jr. (April) of McRoberts, Dalton Storm of Prestonsburg, Candida Elizabeth Richardson (Justin) of Jackhorn and Destiny Tiara of Prestonsburg; his siblings, Jesse Irvin Banks of McRoberts, Robert Franklin Banks (Peggy) of McRoberts, Ruby Faye Maggard of McRoberts, Brenda Sue Hall (James) of McRoberts, Beverly Kay Cook (Jesse) of McRoberts and Teresa Lynn Wyatt of Jenkins; and his grandchildren, Deidra Banks, Christopher Gavin Banks, Emily White and Brooklyn Brown.
