She is survived by: her children, James Adams (Tammy) of Neon, Jackie Lynn Fugate (David) of Mayking and Leslie Karen Adams of Richmond; her siblings, Bob Caudill of Indiana, Danny Caudill of Whitesburg and Cathy Parks of Lexington; and her grandchildren, Kimberly, Tiffany, David, Stacie, Bryanna and Bryan. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
