He was predeceased by: his father Victor Belcher; his siblings, James Belcher and Doris Porter; and his great grandchild Dakota Tackett. He is survived by: his wife Martha Lois Belcher; his children, Michael Shane Belcher, Sharon Johnson (Michael), Lynn Belcher and Rona Stanley (Robbie); and his sisters, Stella Cook and Lorraine Potter. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
