She was predeceased by: her parents, Ken Kirk and Vesti Cassidy Kirk; her husband Paul V. Johnson; her daughter Pauletta Jude; and her siblings, Allen Kirk and Thelma Kirk.
She is survived by: her children, Claude A. Johnson (Evelene) of Jeffersonville, KY and Donna Carroll Stacy (Danny) of Tomahawk, KY.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
