It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William R. Parson Jr. of Jeffersonville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 15, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert "Buck" Parson Sr. and Allie Parson; his grandmother Dolly "Mammie" Parson; his uncle Houston Parson; his daughter-in-law Leslie Parson; his father-in-law Hubert Martin; and his brother-in-law Jeff Martin.
He is survived by: his wife June K Parson; his children, Kimberly Parson (Creig Ewing) and William Patrick Parson (Kellie Parson); his stepsons, Shane Hawkins and Jason Hawkins; his mother-in-law Emma Martin; his brothers-in-law, Jim Martin (Gail), Mike Martin (Rita) and Bruce Martin (Debbie); his grandchildren, Zachary Ewing, Noah Ewing, Krysten Parson, Allie Parson, Jessica Ashby and Will Parson; and his great grandchild Kylee Yates.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Grissom-Martin Funeral Home (200 Campbellsville St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
