She is survived by: her pet Lily; her parents, Robert Tackett and Ester Rogers Tackett; her husband Bill Kiser of Jeffersonville, KY; her children, Ryan Williams (Allison) of Cincinnati, OH, Jacob Williams (Rachel) of Camargo, KY, Shane Kiser (Alicia) of Camargo, KY and Heather Lowe (William) of Mt. Sterling, KY; her brother Gerald Ingram (Judy) of Mt. Sterling, KY; and her grandchildren, Roland Williams, Ella Williams, Hudson Kiser, Nash Kiser, Navy Kiser and Wilder Lowe.
