He was predeceased by: his grandmother Kathryn Donathan. He is survived by: his parents, Tim Creech and Trish Creech of Jeffersonville; his sister Laura Creech of Morehead; and his grandparents, Charles Donathan of Mt. Sterling and Orene Creech Stockdale of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
