We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Richard Chandler (Jeffersonville, Kentucky), born in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Lula McLean Chandler, Jr.; and his daughter Katherine Elaine Chandler. He is survived by: his son Waylon Chandler (Wendy) of Mt. Sterling; his grandchildren, Morghan Chandler of South Korea and Caleb Chandler of Winchester; his siblings, Jimmy Chandler of Cadiz, Tommy Chandler of Mt. Sterling, Joan Shepherd (Craig) of Mt. Sterling, Phyllis Justice (Alan) of Mt. Sterling, Teresa Chandler of Mt. Sterling and Becky Vinson (Eddie) of Lexington; his significant other Pam Bartley of Melbourne; his significant other's children, Bradley Bartley of Mt. Sterling and Carla Haas (Brad) of Melbourne; and also, Delilah Haas of Melbourne, Jesse Haas of Melbourne and Braylee Bartley of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews and extended family.
