He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Farris and Edna Fitzpatrick Farris; and his brother Michael Farris. He is survived by: his wife Mary Linda Hadorn Farris; his children, Ricky Farris and Melissa Nichols (Christopher); his grandchildren, Savanna, Kyle and Beau; his siblings, Houston, Steve, Ronnie Farris and Laura Farris; and his great-aunt Jean Fitzpatrick.

Memorial donations may be made to the Right for Life of Indiana.
