He is survived by: his wife Zelda Kirk Johnson; his adoptive children, Rebecca and Lloyd McCoy of Louisa, KY; and his siblings, Rondal Johnson of Lawrence Co, Nella Ruth Preston of Paintsville, KY, Bonnie Adkins of Catlettsburg, KY, Maggie Preece of Louisa, KY and Ova Maynard of Bucannan, KY.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
