She is survived by: her husband Shelby Elkin of Jeffersonville; her daughters, Chasity Martin of Winchester and Christy Mingua (John) of Winchester; her stepdaughter Cheryl Dyer (Phillip) of Means; her grandchildren, Klarrisa Smiddy, Kassie Hipsher, Jake Hunter, Braxton Oakley, Brantley Oakley, Pamela Nicole Elkin, Allison Clem and Brooklyn Clem; her great grandchildren, Austin Shannon, Liam Smiddy, Karsyn Hipsher, Kallie Hipsher, Kimber Hipsher and Elliana Patterson; her sisters, Eva Combs and Cathy Williams; and her close friends, Phyllis Whipkey and Sandi Prater.
