She was predeceased by: her grandmother Alberta "Birdie" Meeks; and her uncle Carlos Hall. She is survived by: her parents, Brianah Carr of Clearfield and Jacob Meeks of Jeffersonville; her grandparents, Marsha Carr of Clearfield, Mark Carr of Salt Lick, Rex and Annetta Meeks of Jeffersonville; and her great-grandparents, Rebecca Mullins of Nicholasville, Linda Carr of Salt Lick and Jim Harris of Florida. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and extended family.
