He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Bush; his sons, Timothy Bush (Charlene) of Jeffersonville, KY and Lucian Michael Bush of Jeffersonville, KY; his sister Ollie June Deaton; and his grandchildren, Timothy Andrew, Terry Lee, Vanessa and Amber Louise.
