He is survived by: his wife Rita Elkins Wheeler of Jeffersonville; his daughters, Crystal Burks (Keith Brubaker) and Billie Bailey (Tim); his grandchildren, Adriana Burks (Jacob Haddock), Autumn Burks of Austina Burks, C. J, Gabrielle Gay, Mylee Gay, Aiden Tillett, Skylar Bailey (Talia Baker), Lucus Bailey, Benjamin Bailey, Elijah Bailey and Travis Bailey; his great grandchildren, Aurya Bailey, Rhyse Bailey and Wyatt Haddock; and his siblings, James Beckley (Kelly) and Brenda Price (Phillip).
