He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Kay Rice Blevins; his children, Greg Meade (Melissa) of Stanton and Sharri Parks (Edwin) of Jamestown, NC; his grandchildren, Cory Thomas Meade, Cade Evan Meade, Lauren Faith Payne, Jaylan Everett Payne, Collin Hunter Parks and Kaylee Morgan Parks; his great grandchild Gavin Cruz Brown; and his adoptive daughter Chrystal Nicholas.
