He was predeceased by: his parents, Linden Dyer and Martha Arnett Dyer; and his brother Phillip Nolan Dyer. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Cross Dyer of Jeffersonville; his stepchildren, Ivan Bush of Mt. Sterling, Paul Anthony Bush (Tony) of Sharpsburg and Vanessa Bush of Jeffersonville; and his stepgrandchildren, Michael Bush of Virginia, Jacob Bush of Ashland, Lakeisha Bush of Jeffersonville and Anna Taul of Jeffersonville. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
