He is survived by: his close friend Linda Lyman of Mt. Sterling, KY; his son Darrin O'Neal (Brittany) of North Middletown, KY; and his siblings, Richard Watkins (Connie) of Manchester, TN, Daniel Watkins (Elanor) of Jeffersonville, KY, Matthew Watkins (Samantha) of Bath Co, KY, Vernon Watkins (Crystal) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Sheryl Watkins of Jeffersonville, KY, Arlene Givens (Jeffery) of Clay City, KY, Melissa Watkins of Manchester, TN, Trina Watkins of Winchester, KY and Jessica Parks (Tommy) of Vanceburg, KY. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
