With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joshua Jo Johnson of Jeffersonville, Kentucky, born in Lexington, Kentucky, who passed away on August 13, 2023 at the age of 27. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wayne, Marie Crain and Leonard Johnson; and his uncle Mickey Shrout. He is survived by: his parents, Jody Layne Johnson and Amy Profitt Powell; his stepparents, Tina Johnson of Ewing, Kentucky and Roy Powell of Jeffersonville; his siblings, Kimber Johnson of Ewing and Cody Arlen Goodman of Sharpsburg, Kentucky; his grandmother Joyce Johnson of Ewing; and his uncles, Mike Shrout of Flemingsburg, Randy Johnson (Ruby) of Flemingsburg and Tony Johnson of Flemingsburg. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
