He was predeceased by: his parents, Olis Willis and Tena Willis. He is survived by: his wife Deborah A. Willis; his sons, Anthony R. Willis (Nicole) and Corey L. Willis; his siblings, Loretta Matherly (Terry) and Roger Willis; and his grandchildren, Jamie Cardwell, Jade, McKenna, Hailey, Joseph Wayne Jr., Kali, Kennedy, Kaydence, Mathew and Brighton Willis.
