He was predeceased by: his parents, James White and Faye White (Smith); his siblings, Linda Stevans and David White; and his niece Amanda White.
He is survived by: his wife Cassandra; his children, Katie Elizabeth White and Jery Thomas Lee White (JT); his siblings, Randy White (Angi) of Jeffersonville, Ricky White of Jeffersonville and Judy Havens of Mount Sterling; and his friends, Butch Sparks and Lynn Green. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
