He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Bell and Lima Hodges Bell; his son Richard "Dickie" Bell; and his siblings, Earl Logston, Wendell Logston, William Bell, Rowena Sullivan and Ruby Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Bart Bell (Carolina) of Lexington, Georgette Greene (Mike) of Jeffersonville and Niki Kemper (Damian) of St. Augustine, Florida; his grandchildren, Dana Conn (Geordan) of Mt. Sterling, Collin Vice (Kasey) of Jeffersonville, Madison Bell of Palatka, Gracie Kemper of St. Augustine and Sophia Bell of Lexington; and his great grandchildren, Kynleigh Conn of Mt. Sterling and Harper Conn of Mt. Sterling.
