He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Ratliff and Opal Adkins Ratliff (Nell Ruth Justice); and his siblings, Joan Epling of Pikeville, Simon Ratliff of Virgie, John Ratliff of Shelbiana and Harry Glen Ratliff of Racoon.
He is survived by: his children, Virginia Eichstadt (Bob) of Jeffersonville, Johnny Ratliff of Wellington and Steve Ratliff of Wellington.
