He is survived by: his parents, Clarence Wayne Watkins and Judy Pohlabeln; his fiancée Janice Young; his sisters, Fannie "Sissy" Howard and Emily Crabtree; and his children, Jesse Watkins, Logan Watkins and Elizabeth Jones. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
