He is survived by: his siblings, Herman Charles of Jeffersonville, David Charles of Mt. Sterling, Everett Charles (Teresa) of Paris, Patsy Sparks (Butch) of Jeffersonville and Shirley Montgomery (Greg) of Jeffersonville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
